Not a great report for the Anthony Brown campaign. He raised just over half of what Glenn Ivey collected, and yet still outspent him. Brown raised $102K, spent $86K, and has $269K in the bank, again just a little more than half of Ivey’s stash. [UPDATE: Brown is now in fourth place in the money race, as Dereck Davis outraised him by $50K and spent $34K less.]
