Mosby to Represent District 40, Baltimore City

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Governor Larry Hogan today announced the appointment of Nick Mosby to the Maryland General Assembly. The governor appointed Nick Mosby to the House of Delegates following the recommendation of the Baltimore City Democratic Central Committee. Mosby will fill the seat vacated by Barbara Robinson, who was recently sworn in as a state senator.

“I am confident that Nick Mosby is prepared to serve his constituency in the House of Delegates,” said Governor Hogan. “I offer him my sincere congratulations, and look forward to having the opportunity to work with him during the legislative session to change Maryland for the better.”

Nick Mosby will represent District 40, serving Baltimore City. He is a former member of the Baltimore City Council, where he served from 2011-2016. Mr. Mosby is also a former member of the Baltimore City Democratic Central Committee, where he served from 2008-2010.

Maybe between now and sine die on April 10, the House of Delegates will get all the way back up to 141 members. Maybe.
