At least as regards compliance with FEC SuperPAC disclosure rules. Today, the Freethought Equality SuperPAC filed its 48 hour notice for its Raskin contributions, parts of which should have been filed more than a month ago.
And considering that I posted a copy of the Humanists’ mail piece on behalf of Jamie Raskin six days ago, and the FEC rule is clear that mail is considered disseminated when it is released to the postal service, it’s ludicrous to the extent of perjury to claim that the mail costs were expended today.
Amateurs. More correctly, amateurs who are going to pay a hefty fine for failure to timely file the 48 hour notice.
